1 year ago today I was rear ended by a distracted driver that was going at least 50mph: while sitting at a red light less that 2 miles from my house. I found the Ross law firm through a google search and I must say I’m glad I did. Immediately Teresa expressed sympathy for my situation and got straight to work. Step by step she made sure I knew exactly what was going on, what to do, where to be, who and who not to talk to etc. not only was Teresa great the receptionist Malinda was awesome. She always returned my call and if Teresa was out of the office and I had a question Malinda almost always had a answer. They really treated me like family and got me a great settlement. Teresa was relentless. She made sure that I got what was owed to me. No doubt that they made a bitter situation sweet. Thanx y’all.
