Honest, Thorough, Takes Action

Having Brian (and Teresa) represent me on my case was the best decision I made during the whole process. He was always available for any questions I had along the way and would provide a clear/honest answer based on his past experience/knowledge. He really did take the stress and anxiety out of the whole process which allowed me to continue with my life. Thanks for everything Brian!

Working with this team (Brian, Teresa, and Melinda) was simply awesome! After my initial conversation with Teresa, I could feel the passion that she had for what she did. The team was very accessible and knowledgeable of the law with regards to personal injury. The team as a whole was very responsive and helpful in many ways. Most importantly, they took the time to educate you on exactly what was going on and how each process worked. I have gained a wealth of knowledge thru this firm. I highly recommend them.

1 year ago today I was rear ended by a distracted driver that was going at least 50mph: while sitting at a red light less that 2 miles from my house. I found the Ross law firm through a google search and I must say I’m glad I did. Immediately Teresa expressed sympathy for my situation and got straight to work. Step by step she made sure I knew exactly what was going on, what to do, where to be, who and who not to talk to etc. not only was Teresa great the receptionist Malinda was awesome. She always returned my call and if Teresa was out of the office and I had a question Malinda almost always had a answer. They really treated me like family and got me a great settlement. Teresa was relentless. She made sure that I got what was owed to me. No doubt that they made a bitter situation sweet. Thanx y’all.
